During the holidays I love to bake bread rolls for with dinner. It has been years since I really felt comfortable serving bread rolls because my son can’t have them due to the gluten. When I found the BEST Gluten Free Bread Recipe ever it was heaven sent! I decided to try it as dinner rolls and OMG!
I made the dough identical to the bread recipe. You can get the BEST Gluten Free Bread Recipe here . I then greased and floured a cupcake pan. I used my cookie scoop and put 2 scoops of bread dough into each well. It filled them about 2/3 of the way full. I then let the pan sit and rise for about an hour.
I finally baked them for about 20 minutes or until they were golden brown on the top. I removed them from the oven, brushed them with butter and served!
Happy Happy perfection! Everyone LOVED them! They were soft, fluffy and just amazing!
