For the past 3 weeks I have been Gluten Free. Not just my son but me and all the kids have made the switch. Shhh…don’t tell everyone over at A Few Short Cuts, they don’t realize it yet. So, my challenge is to have a Gluten Free Thanksgiving. It is not only possible, but really easy!
Whole foods are naturally gluten free; Meats, fruits, vegetables, & nuts. So, my traditional Turkey, Green Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes, Cranberries etc are safe! I actually have some recipes for GFCF Pumpkin Pie, Pecan Pie, Cornbread, and more that I will be sharing leading up to Thanksgiving. What do you wish was Gluten Free for thanksgiving?
